Ciara Jackson
Instructor & Studio Technician
As a dedicated ceramic artist and instructor, I have been immersed in the world of pottery for over ten years. My passion for ceramics was sparked during my time studying three-dimensional studio art at the University of Tennessee, where I developed a strong foundation in ceramic arts, metal fabrication, and sculpture. Since 2017, I have been teaching ceramics at multiple studios in Seattle, combining my technical expertise with a love for education.
My teaching philosophy centers around fostering creativity and ensuring that each student feels supported and confident in their abilities. I am known for my organized approach, clear communication, and attentiveness to student needs. My diverse experience in managing studios, galleries, and pottery supply stores complements my teaching, providing students with a well-rounded and enriching experience. I am committed to helping students of all levels discover the joy of working with clay and unlocking their artistic potential.
