You bring a genuine passion for learning, supporting others in their ceramic journey, and skills to thrive in your role as coach and studio tech.

• Teach and Coach students and members of all skill levels through classes and workshops
• Maintain studio equipment, materials, and cleanliness standards
• Prepare clay, glazes, and washes; load and fire kilns.
• Manage inventory and organize deliveries
• Guide students and members on studio policies, procedures, and safety
• Communicate proactively with Studio Managers
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, supportive, and resilient atmosphere
• Organize, participate, and support studio events and special projects

• Comprehensive ceramic knowledge and refined technical skills
• Teaching experience and coaching skills (if you have never experienced coaching, we’ll train you), and ability to accommodate diverse learning styles
• Practice expertise in kiln operation, glaze mixing, and clay reclaiming.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and stay focused in a dynamic studio environment
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs.
• Bonus: mold-making or advanced glazing experience or development
