Group / Corporate Events
Reserve our space for a private three-hour clay experience! It’s great for team building or celebrating with friends. Just give us 3–4 weeks’ notice so we can plan your session.
How many people can attend?
Minimum of 5 attendees
Maximum of 14 attendees

Scheduling
Please coordinate your group’s dates and participants. All events are scheduled around our regular studio classes and workshops. We recommend inquiring at least three weeks in advance for best availability. Fill out our Request for Event form below with preferred dates and times, and we’ll followup.
We require the event be paid for 3 weeks in advance.
Pick Up
Finished pottery will be ready about 3-4 weeks after the event. The team coordinator will be responsible for picking everything up. We will also contact the event coordinator once the pottery is ready.
Please Note: Due to the nature of clay and the firing process, we cannot be responsible for any damage to work caused by poor construction or the firing or glazing processes.
What’s included:
- Instructor to teach either wheel throwing or hand building project.
- Clay to make a thrown pot or hand built pot
- Each attendee will select one piece to keep & we will fire and glaze selected glaze

Shared Community Space
As a community studio, we provide open practice time for students in our multi-week courses. Your group will have full access to the space you’ve reserved, but you may notice a students popping into nearby areas to grab supplies or take pots from their shelves.
Cancelation & Refund Policy
To request a cancellation and refund, email info@throwandbuild.com. Refunds requested more than two weeks prior to event date are 50% refundable with a $25 processing fee. Refunds requested within one week of the first day of camp are not refundable.
